Step 1:
Point your browser to http://mail.yourdomain.com/ and click on Web Mail Client.
Step 2:
The information required to login to webmail is a username (full email address) and a password. A time zone helps with connectivity, but is not necessary.
Using Webmail Graphic
Folder View:
In this next screen, you may choose from a variety of tasks. This screen is known as the "Folder View." The button at the top-left called "Folders" will always return you to this page.
Composing an Email:
You can easily compose an email, add attachments and send messages using the "Create" button next to the "Folders" button.
Editing the Address Book:
Click on the "Addr." button next to the "Create" button. Choose a nickname from the drop-down menu, or create a new nickname for a new contact then click edit. At this point, you may edit the name, address, or nickname information for the specified contact.
Editing the Calendar:
The calendar can be edited by clicking on the "Events" button next to the "Addr." button. You can change views or add new events through the links in the middle of the page.
Configuration and Options:
The "Config." button is located at the top-right section of the interface next to the "Logout" button. You can use these options to customize how you receive and send mail through the web. It also has a utility at the bottom of the page for users to change their webmail password.
